Obama is being sued by Warner Bros.
At approximately 12:15pm on Thursday March 15, 2012, the Obama administration and Democrat party were served with a Cease and Desist order regarding gross Copyright Infringement under Federal Copyright Law by Warner Brothers Studios. Along with standard verbiage consistent with violations of copyright law, was the clear intent to seek damages totaling no less that $45 Million.
In a press conference at 1:25pm, a spokes person for Warner Bro.'s studios stated that "the blatant and unlicensed use of their intellectual property without prior express written permission is paramount to theft and potentially damaging to one of out most beloved and classical characters."
He sited that as Obama and the Democrat's public polling numbers have been in free fall, they have evoked the use of various "Staw Men" arguments in every issue ranging from oil prices, women's health, comprehensive immigration, healthcare, and many others.
In 1939 Warner Bro. released the film "The Wizard of Oz" where one of the most prominent characters is in fact a scare-crow who is as a matter of fact a man made of straw, or a "straw man".
The $45 Million dollar sum, is simply the $2.77 Million cost of the original filing and production of the film adjusted for inflation.

Students plan nation wide walkout
My take on this little story... Occupy Wall Street
so, we have college kids bitching about student loan debt and staging a walk out where they will not be utilizing the institution that has convinced them that the only way to succeed is by going so far in debt so that they can get the education they need to get a high enough paying job to pay off their student debts, just to find out that they are six figures in the hole and can't find a job so they are out protesting the very institutions that they would be applying to to receive an income capable of paying off the debt that they have been brainwashed into taking on in the first place to get the jobs that are currently not available.
- and this is Capitalism's fault?

Moving Ahead: Transformation… or Restoration?
Shortly after Obama first took office as President of the United States, I began referring to the 2012 elections in a deliberately tentative nature. Not in attempting to predict outcomes for various Congressional, Gubernatorial, and even the Presidential election, but more so in anticipating the trends by comparing with past instances in world history.
In the last few days, two prominent Democrats (North Carolina Gov. Beverly Perdue and 37th Director of the Office of Management and Budget under the Obama administration) have both called for suspending the 2012 Congressional elections and even going so far as pushing for a way to “counter the gridlock of our political institutions by making them a bit less democratic” respectively dragging us towards a world much like the one envisioned by Edward Mandell House as illustrated in his book Philip Dru Administrator : a Story of Tomorrow.
The institutions of the United States of America have been so polluted by arrogance and greed in their leadership while our society at large has been diluted by ignorance and complacency. These same “leaders” who have created or exacerbated the issues that plague us and are driving us off the proverbial cliff, will come to us with provide us with a false assortment of answers to the crisis we will be experiencing within the coming months.
They will offer the same “solutions” that have eroded the very foundation of the “American experiment”. It will be our responsibility to resist and demand, not the “fundamental transformation” but a fundamental restoration to America's founding principles.

Color Blind Society? – not so much
Just for fun:
I want a member of the "Congressional White Caucus" to say that the media needs to shut up and stop playing racial politics, then say that he/she wants people to buy American, but more importantly (and specifically) from white Americans....
You know, you don't have to be white to be a racist. Racism isn't defined by ethnicity or skin color...

A Healthcare Solution from 30,000 feet
If health insurance was being used as, well, insurance - we would see costs plummet and ease of access increase immediately! Throw in a little tort reform to stifle special interest contributions to the Democrat party, and our health care system could right itself and provide a more equitable distribution of it's services at a more affordable price.
But then again, the left really has no interest in increased access or decreased cost in the first place. That would empower YOU the individual, and our Progressive overloads couldn't tolerate such an antiquated idea as freedom to get in the way of their grand designs for a Neo-Marxist "utopia".
Many in US get too much medical care
